We take you through every step — land use analysis, financial feasibility, master plan design, permits, engineering design and construction drawings of roads, utilities, and infrastructure — and deliver a development ready to build.

Once a contractor is under contract, PDC becomes the constant professional presence on the ground: the single point of accountability your builder answers to, every day, from mobilization to handover.
