Villa Neomar wraps its living spaces around a central courtyard where a teal-tiled pool, poured-concrete decking and mature palms rise together from the garden. Under a high wood-soffit ceiling, glass walls retract completely so the lounge, stone-clad fireplace and sunken turquoise banquette flow straight to the water's edge. Inside, planted light-wells and stacked-stone walls bring the jungle up against pale floors and warm timber joinery. A river-stone path threads through dense tropical planting to a pivoting wood door, and the feeling throughout is lush, airy and calm.
