Perched on a high bluff above Playa Nosara, Lagarta Lodge is a boutique hotel whose open-air, thatched-and-timber pavilion and stone-edged infinity pools sit at the rim of the ridge, with ocean-facing rooms stepping down toward the Pacific. The project was the lodge's north expansion — 12 new double-bedroom keys — enlarging the guest offering while keeping the architecture deliberately quiet so the landscape leads.
