JOYA is an intimate, sun-warmed retreat finished in creamy plaster, with rounded arched niches carved into the walls and a compact kitchenette of sage cabinetry and terracotta zellige tile. Rattan stools, Edison globe pendants, macrame and botanical-print textiles give the single open room a soft, artisanal warmth over polished concrete floors. Sliding glass opens to a private terrace with loungers and a small pool framed by palms. Everything here is modest in scale and generous in texture, calm and quietly bohemian.
