Isabelle Gardens is a four-story residential condominium of approximately 731 m2 set on a wooded hillside in Nosara, Guanacaste, developed under the ownership entity Bioclimatic Limitada. Each floor stacks compact apartments - bedrooms, kitchen-dining, and bathrooms opening to private balconies - behind full-height glazing, white stucco, and warm timber cladding sheltered by a deep cantilevered roof, with shared common areas serving the building. The condominium is currently under construction.
