Ginger Gardens Villa rises in stacked white volumes beneath deep timber-lined eaves, with expansive black-framed glazing and an upper terrace that reaches toward the canopy. At its heart, a double-height great room gathers living, dining, and a kitchen of teak accents and woven pendants, opened by a floating wood staircase and sliding walls to the tropical garden beyond. A glass-tiled pool sits on a raised terracotta deck, caught between the warm underside of the eaves and a wall of green. Slipcovered seating, block-print textiles, and cut ginger blooms give the interiors a bright, easy, coastal warmth.
