A mixed-use development in Playa Pelada, Nosara, Nicoya, Guanacaste, combining residential apartments with ground-floor commercial space in a single building of roughly 1,360 m2. The programme includes about 735 m2 of apartments across three levels (with pools, a mezzanine and back-of-house) above approximately 625 m2 of commercial area and parking.
