Casitas Samara is a residential project of guest casitas in the Samara area of the Nicoya peninsula, Guanacaste. PrendasLoria was engaged under a signed service agreement to act as project manager for the design and delivery of the casitas. Almost all of the project files were held in cloud storage and could not be opened for this record, so construction area, budget, and architectural character are documented only at a summary level.
