Casas Marea rise in crisp planes of cream plaster, layered with deep slatted pergolas that lay bands of shade across the terraces through the day. Ground-floor living opens entirely to a courtyard pool, its whitewashed timber ceiling, woven pendants, and live-edge tables carrying the calm, sun-bleached palette outdoors. Teak loungers, stacked-stone accents, and screens of vertical slats give privacy without closing off the garden of palms and ti plants. Bright and breezy, the architecture feels tuned to the coast, all light, air, and shadow.
