Casa Teca opens around a central courtyard, where two teak-clad wings under deep, low-pitched roofs face each other across a long stone-tiled pool and adjoining spa. Walls of glass slide away to covered living rooms furnished in pale linen and warm wood, blurring the line between shade and open air. Red ginger, banana leaves, and heliconia press close to the terraces, and at dusk the interiors glow amber beneath the timber soffits. The mood is calm and symmetrical, held between water, garden, and sky.
