Casa Prana is a three-level contemporary tropical residence of approximately 572 m2 in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. White stucco volumes are wrapped in timber-slat screens and pergolas and capped by deep cantilevered roofs, while full-height glazing and a sculptural black-steel spiral stair connect the interiors to a cascading multi-level pool and lush gardens. PrendasLoria delivered architecture and engineering in-house, and

José Pablo Ortiz led the management of every phase — Design Management, Building Permit Management, Pre-Construction Management, and Construction Inspection Management & Project Closeout — during his years at PrendasLoria.
