A two-level private residence in Nosara, on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, set on a beach-access lot with a swimming pool. The architecture pairs white enameled metal roofs with machimbre teak-wood soffits and pergolas, stainless-steel cable railings, and full-height glazing that opens the living spaces to the tropical landscape.
