Casa Maudling is a contemporary single-family residence set on a sloping hillside lot in the Nosara district of Nicoya, Guanacaste (Garza sector). The home is organized across three stepped levels beneath a clean, low-slope roof, with a compact rectangular footprint opening onto wide covered terraces to capture the views. Structural and mechanical/electrical engineering was delivered by Go Ingenieria.
