Casa Liana is a three-level private residence of roughly 536 m2 (5,774 ft2) set into a forested hillside in Nosara, Guanacaste. The architecture pairs cream stucco volumes with clay-tile hip roofs, deep exposed-timber eaves, round columns and wrought-iron railings, opening to a sequence of elevated terraces that draw in the surrounding canopy and breezes.
José Pablo Ortiz led the management of every phase — Design Management, Building Permit Management, and Pre-Construction Management — during his years at PrendasLoria.
