Casa Jacaranda is a single-story private residence in Garza, on the Guanacaste coast, developed under José Pablo Ortiz's project management while he directed PrendasLoria. The design pairs a sculptural curved timber roof and exposed glulam structure with a raised plinth, wraparound terraces and a plunge pool, achieving a relaxed indoor-outdoor tropical character across roughly 442 m² of interior and exterior area.
