A compact two-level residence in Garza, Guanacaste, comprising a ground-floor garage and an upper apartment with a small exterior area - roughly 122 m2 in total. The project advanced through a full design progression (conceptual, schematic, and construction documentation) under PrendasLoria's in-house architecture and engineering, with José Pablo Ortiz managing design, permitting, contractor bidding, and on-site construction. At the time of cataloging the home is under construction, with site inspections and closeout still in progress.
