Casa Escazu is a private two-storey residence set on an expansive hillside property of roughly 3.6 hectares in Escazu, within the San Jose metropolitan area. The concept pairs a Mediterranean sensibility with tropical detailing: hipped clay-tile roofs with exposed timber rafters, rounded-arch openings, stone base accents, and deep wraparound verandas framing the surrounding mountains. The registered project centers on a main house of about 434 m2 over two levels, alongside a garage and studio block, a guardhouse, and a secondary apartment.
