Casa Endless Summer sits high on a jungled ridge, its floating flat roofs and slender steel columns framing an open terrace that looks clear to the ocean and the surf line below. A long pool rests behind a planted border on a stone terrace, catching the last color of a dusk sky. Inside, walls of glass rise into a double-height room where a warm wood-plank ceiling meets black cabinetry, concrete-and-timber bar islands and a sunken lounge, floating stair treads glowing underfoot. The architecture is crisp and contemporary, yet held warm by wood and continually turned toward the horizon.
