Casa Bonita reads as a calm two-story pavilion beneath a deep-eaved green roof, its white volumes opened along the ground floor by full-height glass sliders that soften the line between rooms and garden. A rectangular pool with a gently curved edge sits on a bright concrete terrace framed by lawn, stone-paver paths and a wall of jungle. Inside, a soaring tongue-and-groove timber ceiling rides over exposed rafters, a white waterfall-edge island and a live-edge dining table, with rattan seating and broad windows keeping the green always in view. The mood is breezy and grounded: warm wood, cool stone and cross-ventilated shade.
