Casa Arco is a multi-level residence on lot R1-C in Playa Pelada, Nosara, Nicoya, Guanacaste. The five-level home is programmed with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a pool and jacuzzi, a BBQ area, terraces, garage and machine room, with a municipally registered construction area of 548 m2. Architecture and engineering were delivered in-house by PrendasLoria; the recorded value is the design-phase construction hard-cost estimate.
