Casa Alero is a two-story private residence in the Selvamar community of Nosara, Nicoya, Guanacaste, developed under José Pablo Ortiz's project management while he directed PrendasLoria. Spanning roughly 297 m², the design blends white stucco, warm wood cladding and floor-to-ceiling glazing under flat overhanging roofs, opening to terraces and an outdoor kitchen amid tropical planting. Architecture and engineering were delivered in-house by PrendasLoria, with architect Donald Loria Prendas as professional of record.
José Pablo Ortiz led the management of every phase — Design Management, Building Permit Management, Pre-Construction Management, and Construction Management & Project Closeout — during his years at PrendasLoria.
